We currently have an opening for a Software Support Specialist, with responsibilities including:
- Telephone support for existing customers
- Documentation of issues and feature requests
- Pre-sales technical support
- Assistance with software testing and quality assurance
- Representation at industry conferences and trade shows
A successful candidate MUST have the following skills:
- First-hand experience in daily operations of property and casualty insurance agency
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Solid grasp of basic computer skills
- Self starter that can work independently without direction
- Unlimited patience
